Minimising AMD risk across the mining life cycle

The program for the 10th Acid and Metalliferous Drainage Workshop will include plenary discussions, keynote presentations, and technical presentations. The preliminary program is given below, it may be subject to change.

The workshop will be held at the Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre, Dubbo, New South Wales, from Monday March 23 to Thursday March 26, 2020.
Prior to the workshop, on Sunday March 22, 2020, a short courses will be offered.

8.30am Meet at Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre

9.00am Buses depart for Visiting Tomingley Gold Mine (operating) and Peak Hill Mine (closed).   

12.30pm Lunch at 

5.00pm Buses return to Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre

While on site, delegates are required to have: water bottle, strong closed-in shoes, long pants and long sleeved shirt. A hat and sunscreen is recommended.
